Our Cloud hosting is unlimited but limited to a size of 10GB per mailbox.

any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case
basis.

Accuracy of Billing & Account
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit
or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may
include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders
that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all
purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information.

AUP
Acceptable Use Policy
At O2OHost, while we offer generous and unmetered web space with our hosting plans, it is
important to note that this space is strictly intended for website-related content
only which is live. The use of our servers for storing personal files, backups,
archives, or large amounts of non-web-related data is strictly prohibited.
Any such usage is considered a direct violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and may result
in service suspension or termination without prior notice.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless O2OHost and our parent, subsidiaries,
affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers,
subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.

such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable

Account Termination
If a client’s hosting service remains unpaid for more than 30 days from the due
date, we reserve the right to terminate the hosting account without any prior notice. We retain
the client’s data on our servers for a maximum of 30 days after the account’s expiry.

Ultra Plan Resource Limits
Clients subscribed to our Ultra Hosting Plan are allowed to create unlimited
databases and email accounts, subject to the following limitations:
